Disappointing experience with group admins

I once held this company in high regard, but the group admins have been rude, often accusing members of things they haven't done. It's unfortunate, as this reflects poorly on the company. Many other businesses prioritize customer care, and I will choose to shop with them instead.

Once a favorite, now a disappointment

I used to really enjoy this company, but the group admins have been quite disrespectful, often accusing members of things they haven't done. It's disappointing to see how their attitude is tarnishing the company's reputation. There are plenty of other businesses that genuinely care about their customers, and I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Unpleasant experience with the admins

I have supported this business since it was small back in 2016, owning over 300 dresses that I love. After a negative interaction with an admin in 2021, I left the group, only to rejoin recently. Tonight, I was tagged in a post asking me to contact the admins, but they ignored my messages while I was at my work Christmas party. It seems I'm being harassed again over a misunderstanding. I've spent a lot of money here but now feel treated like a criminal. The quality has declined, and prices have increased. I think it's time to say goodbye.

Quality has seriously declined

Utterly disappointing. The brand used to be great, but over the last year, the fabric quality has noticeably decreased, and many others have voiced similar concerns. Communication about orders has been poor, and now they are using AI-generated designs on products at high prices. Additionally, they seem to order only small batches and often push old stock that hasn't sold. I can't support a brand that relies on AI for its clothing prints.

Feeling let down at the moment

I'm feeling disillusioned right now. I love this brand, but I've lost trust in the sizing of the Rizzo style, as it seems to fit smaller and use thinner fabric. The newly launched Ravenna collection features similar styles but at much higher prices, and while the first release had lovely prints, the second release is disappointingly dark. Promised new styles often don't appear, and I've grown tired of waiting for items that end up getting refunded.

Customer service has deteriorated

The customer service has become terrible. I had an issue with a dress that was smaller and made of thinner material than previous versions. Many others have raised similar concerns, but when I bring it up, my comments get ignored. I paid full price, and the quality has noticeably declined. They claim no more discounts, yet those appear shortly after. I would advise against purchasing from this company now.

Disappointment with delivery and communication

I often find myself waiting months for items with no updates. Items I've ordered get refunded without any prior communication. It's frustrating, especially since I often recommend their high-quality items as gifts. This is why it's disheartening when they fail to deliver after long waits.

Unfortunately, this company doesn't follow copyright laws, relying on AI to create their prints. They exploit disabled customers' fears of missing out with constantly changing preorder rules. The products, like the ACOTAR dress, have been poorly designed and unrelated to the themes they claim to represent.

Continuously disappointing

I'm not surprised at the ongoing chaos this company brings upon its loyal customers. They frequently offer random discount codes but many miss out. Prices keep rising, yet discounts appear before customers even receive their preorders. The inconsistency is frustrating, especially as they introduce new brands while confusing everyone.
