I just wanted to convey to you all just how helpful, professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous and friendly Brad West has been in assisting me with getting bridging finance in connection with three properties. The sale agreement for * Leicester Rd unfortunately fell through last week but this was due to malpractice by the estate agent nothing to do with the advice and attention to detail given by Brad. My initial enquiry to obtain a secured loan on my Property was dealt with by Erin Hine. Matt and his team go the extra mile to get you finance, so I would definitely use them again.Do ask, however, what is your proposed lender's longest estimated speed of completion. I needed the funding urgently and the lender with whom I had agreed terms was still asking more lengthy questions more than 2.5 months later. Matt and his team tried everything to get the funding and ensure that the lender stuck to their original terms, and would have succeeded had I not received funding from another source.
I have never come across a more helpful company than Propp. From my first call to them they have done everything possible to make my experience with them both productive and enjoyable.
