I am extremely disappointed and angry with JustMarkets. This broker caused me direct financial loss due to platform failure, and until now they have done nothing except delay with bot replies.
Around 11:00 PM, my MT5 trading was suddenly disabled and the chart froze completely. I had 14 SELL positions open, and the market was clearly in bearish momentum.
I should have been able to close all positions around 11:05 PM when price reached 4830, securing at least +50 USD profit.
Instead:
-Trading was disabled
-Chart was stuck
-Orders could not be closed
No warning, no announcement, no explanation
After that, price started moving against my positions, but here is the most suspicious and unacceptable part:
👉 The margin call did NOT happen immediately.
👉 The account balance and equity reflected late.
👉 After some time, ALL my money was gone because of margin call, but the system reacted delayed.
This means:
-I couldn’t close trades when I was in profit
-I couldn’t manage risk when price reversed
-Margin call happened late, after the damage was already done
This is not normal market behavior. This is a platform execution failure.
My final balance should have been at least 257 USD, but it ended up at 207 USD and later wiped out by margin call — entirely due to JustMarkets’ system issues, not trader error.
I submitted a detailed ticket (CAS-5348067-T0G4N1) with all order numbers included, yet it has been MORE THAN 5 WORKING DAYS with no real investigation result!
Support keeps sending the same copy-paste email every single day, clearly automated:
“Additional time is required… we appreciate your patience…”
This is unacceptable for a broker handling real client funds.
⚠️ SERIOUS WARNING TO OTHER TRADERS If JustMarkets’ platform freezes or disables trading:
-You may lose profits
-You may lose your entire balance
-And support will delay endlessly
A broker that cannot handle execution, margin calculation, and volatility should not be trusted.
Until my case is properly resolved and compensation is given, I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend JustMarkets.

I am writing this review to warn others and get a resolution for a serious technical error. On January 19th and January 23rd, 2026, I attempted several transactions using my card.
According to my Commercial Bank statement, my card was charged (Debited) a total of 8 times under the description "PURCHASE SNGL". However, in my JustMarkets portal, these same transactions are marked as "Cancelled". This means the money left my bank account but was never credited to my trading account.
The specific unauthorized debits are:
Jan 23: 6 charges totaling 49,714.69 LKR (Ref IDs: 027193859134, 027158132782, 027171708203, 027193859137, 027171872483, 027162580646).
Jan 19: 2 charges totaling 19,226.16 LKR (Ref IDs: 027106004612, 027090762479).
I have reached out to support, but the automated assistant did not understand the issue. I have official bank PDF proof that these funds were taken from my balance. I am requesting JustMarkets to investigate these "Cancelled" IDs immediately and refund my money.
The individual assigned to me as my manager engaged in many frustrating and unprofessional actions, even going so far as to threaten me when I declined to make a payment. I later discovered they were unlicensed as well, so I decided to sever ties and escalated the matter to a different service where it was resolved.
It took two days for a small withdrawal to be released. It's unbelievable that this platform continues to operate. Clients' top priority is their deposits and withdrawals, yet this service consistently delays the process. It's best to avoid this broker altogether. The live chat is ineffective, and the customer support is terrible. I requested a callback and was told that the team is working on my transaction. What a joke!

NÃO RECOMENDO A JUSTMARKETS A NINGUÉM, nem mesmo ao meu pior inimigo. Se você deseja perder seu dinheiro e ser tratado como lixo, então continue negociando com essa empresa. Caso contrário, fuja de qualquer contato com a JustMarkets.

I have no words to describe the level of fraud and theft that JustMarkets has committed against me.
This broker is not just a regular company, it is a true scheme of theft and fraud, disguised as financial services.
After making legitimate deposits and gaining real profits, my account was blocked with no explanation or justification, and my profits were simply stolen by JustMarkets. The company did not provide a single piece of evidence or explanation of what happened, they gave me no legal justification, and simply sequestered my money.
What this company does is pure crime! It hides behind the disguise of a broker and uses this facade to systematically and cruelly steal from the clients who trusted them. It’s a scheme of extortion and fraud! They don’t deserve to operate in the market, and no one should trust their funds to this gang disguised as a financial company.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUSTMARKETS TO ANYONE, not even to my worst enemy. If you want to lose your money and be treated like trash, then keep trading with this company. Otherwise, stay away from any contact with JustMarkets.

I made a small deposit of 7 units in my trading account last week Thursday, and it still hasn't been credited. Additionally, my withdrawals are sometimes rejected with claims of managerial decisions or suspicions of money laundering. It's frustrating! I advise anyone considering this broker to think twice before risking your hard-earned money, as they seem to be against their traders and the support is impossible to reach for help.
I have funded my account using a specific payment method, but now the option to withdraw is unavailable. I've sent multiple emails to the support team, and they suggest trying different withdrawal methods, but all of those have failed as well. This has been a frustrating experience as my funds are stuck and no resolution is being provided.
Since November 28, 2024, I have been living a nightmare caused by JustMarkets' technical failure and deliberate manual interference.
The Evidence of Manipulation:
On Nov 28, during a period of market volatility, JustMarkets’ system failed to execute my Stop-Loss orders on my Pro Account (2100067558). The trades were manually closed by the company while I still had a $4,000 balance in my account. This proves it wasn't an automated "Margin Call" but a deliberate act to wipe out my potential profits, which would have exceeded $100,000 if the trades remained open.
Irrefutable Proof Ignored:
I possess full video recordings and screenshots documenting every second of this system failure and the manual interference. I have sent all this irrefutable evidence to JustMarkets multiple times, but they continue to ignore the facts and provide generic excuses.
Severe Human Consequences:
This financial sabotage has led to catastrophic real-life consequences:
Judicial Detention: I am currently facing a Judicial Detention Note due to financial obligations tied to these funds.
Medical Emergency: My wife urgently needs medical treatment, and JustMarkets is withholding the funds required for her care.
Current Status:
Trustpilot has already VERIFIED my documentation, confirming my claims are legitimate. The company opened case CAS-5181015-W1M2L1, claiming they are "working diligently," but no funds have been returned.
My Demand:
I demand full compensation of $100,000 for the financial loss and the life-threatening damages caused. I have escalated this to the FSA and will not stop until justice is served.

UPDATE (Dec 24): The company's Success Manager, Gary Miller, just sent a robotic response ignoring my wife's medical crisis and the proof of manual interference. They are trying to hide behind 'policies' while I face jail time. I have now escalated this to their Compliance department and the FSA. The world is watching."
Its been 31 working hours sinnce ive made a withdrawal which takes up to 24 hours they say. i spoke to many Agents who promised to resolve my concern but till now im waiting. few minutes again i spoke to one of their Agents Emma you was useless and ended the chat while was typing also addressed me wrongly as Sir!!! to show that she sis not even go through my account. I trusted them but this time im changing my mind!!!!!!!!!! withdrawal was done on Thursday till this day i have not received while i have selected the most fasted way which normally take less than 13 minimum for my funds to be on my bank account !!!!!!
