Frustrating experience with account management

I bought an account and met the profit target along with three minimum profitable days at 1.5 percent. However, they breached my account, claiming that the 0.05 lot size was not valid. This happened to me twice. Regardless of following the rules, they refused to process the payout, and customer service has been unresponsive.
