Been with Prosper trading for 3 months so far. Great platform for several different styles of trading. Each of the instructors seems to take their duties seriously and they are what I expected. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire platform. I am a daily participant (try to be). Best advice I can give is that I have made $$$ listening to them.
Here's my story and experience with Prosper Trading Academy. I decided to join Prosper during my first live coaching session. That was June 23rd, then I logged in a few times and thought, oh my god, this is so complicated. At the time, I was self-employed and had clients who weren't meeting their obligations, so I had to close my business. Since I had taken out a loan for the Prosper program, it was difficult for me to manage it. I asked Prosper Trading support if I could cancel the contract, but it wasn't possible (luckily). Then I lost a lot of money because I thought there was an easier way and I was doing it on Discord, YouTube, etc. That was the wrong approach. It wasn't until May 2025 that I came to my senses and returned to Prosper Trading with more knowledge about options trading strategies. And since then, I've learned sooooo much and closed every month with a profit . Thank you so much Prosper Trading Academy Team.
Funder and Prosper provide excellent trading education and in-day trading guidance. They have highly knowledgeable teachers with skins on the wall, very good customer service and several weekly educational seminars for those who might be interested to learn more. Highly recommend that this group be on your short list for trading education and guidance!
Scott and Jeff are top-notch traders and mentors. I participant in both their Essentials and Volatility Rooms and am a regular attendee in the After Hours daily reviews. I have subscribed to multiple options trading services over the last 6 years but none have added the real-life results and knowledge that Prosper provides in its interactive, real-time rooms.
Prosper Trading Academy is a top notch educational trading company. I have personal experience with their AI Stocks and Options program with Charles Moon and their Short Term Options program with Mike Shorr and while the learning curve can initially be steep, it's well worth it.
I've been a member for about 6 months now and have found the personal communications, whether by email or directly via live chat, to be essential to my growth in understanding the nuances of trading various option strategies. I found Jeff Lake's "After Hours" sessions a safe and welcoming place to discuss the day's events and get my questions answered. Also, Mike Philpot was easy to work with when I was deciding the type of trading room(s) I was interested in. He proved to be friendly and flexible. All in all, a great experience with everyone at Prosper.
Prosper does a great job of educating and informing students re the various markets. They are polite, positive, helpful and most efficient regarding time. They would like to spend time and say hello to to hundreds of people, but realize it's not time efficient. Charlie gets right to it regarding the markets and what zones to be aware of as well as a top down analysis. I don't have one to two hours to listen to commentary and Charlie, Scott and all colleagues get that! They do a great job of breaking down complicated topics and will explain terms as well as any relevant graphs ~BREVITY IS KEY A+!Customer service is helpful and responds within 24-48 hours.
I want to thank Scott Bauer for his great option service. He is expert and send great trades and personally responds to my email- No one of his caliber will personally return you email. Also my dealings with Paul Blahnik are great. He is very helpful and respectable. My experience so far with Prosper is great.
Prosper Trading Academy has been incredible for me. I knew very little about trading. I reviewed other Trading Firms that offer to assist me in learning Stock Option Trading. I discovered the Staff, Owners, and Coaches want you to succeed and are willing to coach you at your level. Coaching is done right with Q&A sessions and Quick answers. They learn to know you and your style. The Short Term Options Room with Mike Shorr is a great example of their talented Staff. Mike has 30+ years of experience working at the Chicago Board Options Exchange—this where I will trade for the rest of my working life.
