We paid for 6–10 day delivery, and it has now been 20 days with no update on where our car is. There is no tracking available, and communication has been almost nonexistent. When we are able to reach someone by phone, the customer service is rude and unwilling to provide anything in writing. Our emails go unanswered. We still have no idea where our vehicle is. Extremely disappointing experience. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I requested transport on December 16th and reached out again on January 12th for pickup. They took my payment without providing a receipt, even after multiple requests. Eventually, I had to cancel, but they still charged me a $250 cancellation fee despite not adhering to their terms and conditions. Very untrustworthy.
A promised seven-day turnaround has now turned into four weeks with three missed pickup appointments. The staff are dishonest and avoid answering direct questions. I highly advise against using this service; it would be faster to transport your vehicle yourself.
Having used various car transport services before, I found this experience to be horrendous. The pickup was extremely late, and delivery dates were missed. Communication was poor, and I was hung up on multiple times. I ended up hiring a different service for pickup and delivery. I will never use them again.
This is a scam. I made a booking and paid in full on November 7, 2024. My car was dropped off at the depot on November 24, 2025, with an estimated arrival at the destination on January 6, 2026. After reading negative reviews, I tried to cancel my booking, but they demanded an extra $500 to transport my car or a $250 cancellation fee. Realizing I wouldn’t get a fair resolution, I disputed the charge with my bank. A family member had to collect my car. I regret not researching better before booking.
Avoid this service! My sister paid extra to have her car transported from one city to another, expecting it to arrive in 5 to 8 days. The tracking number provided didn’t work, and she was often hung up on when trying to check on her delivery. Her car was stuck with no explanation, and it took a month to arrive, filthy and unkempt. The pickup location was in poor condition as well. I recommend finding a more reputable service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They have kept my car in one location far longer than promised. The customer representative I finally reached hung up on me multiple times and was disrespectful. I now feel compelled to report my vehicle as stolen due to their lack of communication.
