I believe the first-cutting hay played a significant role in my rabbit's recovery from a severe respiratory infection. This hay is not dusty and doesn't trigger wheezing. Previously, my rabbit wasn't a big hay-eater, but after reducing his treats, eliminating pellets (which caused wheezing), maintaining greens and carrots, and switching to this hay, he hasn’t wheezed in months. He’s a happy rabbit again. Occasionally, the service ships the wrong product, but if you reach out with a photo, they are effective in resolving the issue.

I had been a loyal and satisfied customer for a long time, but my recent experience was terrible. They sent me poor-quality hay that was dry, hard, and yellow—definitely below first cut quality. When I complained for a refund, they refused and instead sent a replacement box that was slightly better but still not acceptable; my guinea pigs wouldn't eat it. I paid nearly $60 expecting second cutting quality hay, but now I'm left with this subpar product. It's frustrating to see how the company treats loyal customers, and I'm very disappointed.
I ordered a product on Amazon that became undeliverable, and Amazon couldn’t provide any real help. The seller (Small Pet Select), however, responded immediately when I reached out directly on 10/20, replaced the item, and kept me updated throughout. Their communication and customer service have been outstanding. I wish I’d bought directly from them to begin with.
This is the only company from which I will buy hay for my rabbits. Their price is very good, esp. since I always purchase the 20 pound box. That keeps my bunnies happy and healthy for several months. I like the fact it is clean, tightly packed, and never has weeds and sticks that get tangled in their fur. They also enjoy the treats I've bought. Shipping is fast, and if you order even a modest amount is free! What could be better?
