Order Dining table with matching sideboard and chairs. The chairs are not as described and area bluey black colour and i told assistant i jet black chairs so I never paid the full balance as the chairs are not what I wanted. Management wont cancel that part of order and are telling me they won't deliver the table and sideboard until I pay for the chairs. Was also not made aware until after I paid deposit that they do not offer refunds and it is store credit only. What good is telling u that after u place an order. Customer service very unhelpful and won't budge. Shocking service will not be back.
25.02 update after Designer rooms commented. Yes I received terms and conditions 'AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS MADE' at no point were these advised to myself or others as I can see on reviews on here before I bought the goods. A also advised I had not paid the balance for the chairs so why can't they be taken off order as not paid yet but you also refused telling me I need to pay £833 for chairs that are not colour I asked for and the ul give me a credit note. And you think this is good customer service. You want me to pay for chairs that are wrong colour and then give me credit note.
Would give one star if I could.
Terrible experience with this company, who refused for months to give me my money back for sending out wrong item.
Had to go through bank to investigate it.

Fantastic selection of sofas. The staff were friendly and accommodating without being pushy. It would be beneficial to have fabric samples. Although I received images of the two colors I was considering, actual samples would be much better since colors can differ significantly on screens.
Outstanding variety of sofas. The staff were approachable and supportive without being intrusive. Receiving fabric samples would be advantageous, as I was only given photos of two colors I was considering. Since colors can appear quite different on screens, having a physical sample would be very useful.
While browsing, a sales assistant came over to provide us with details about a dining table and chairs. We were thrilled and decided to buy them for a relative. We also found two mirrors and picked those up as well. Other staff members helped wrap the mirrors while the sale was processed. Great teamwork made our visit quick, easy, affordable, and enjoyable. Thank you to the team.
