From the beginning these guys were on the ball! I wanted a ruby twist kit but knew absolutely nowhere to get one locally. I found puffingmaster and that all changed. We had a little confusion(my doing) and again completely cleared up in rapid time. The guys were on the replies like lightening if id contacted or had more questions. Excellent customer service from the get go. Even a follow up report of a broken bowl 3 months later the guys were on the reply 1st thing and had the issue wrapped up before I'd even had my 1st bowl of the day. Definitely highly recommend using puffingmaster for all your vaping needs.

Great customer service support. They helped me track the package and kept me updated on any changes that may have affected delivery. After customs confiscated the first order they sent a replacement one straight away through a different courier and it arrived in tact.

20/10 for Puffinmaster, the Ruby Twist Ball Injector arrived in good time. It was the cheapest and still the Cheapest site for the Ruby Twist. These nice people also sell lots of different Tools and Accessories regarding Vapourisers and are the cheapest around. All good quality products guaranteed 👌
