So disappointed with thisStates that deliver is 48 hours - ordered last Wednesday and still pendingHad zero update - tried calling twice, let a voicemail and have sent 3 emails with nothing back! Terrible communication and no idea where my order is yet they’ve taken my money!
Excellent range and stocks of high-quality brands, and great delivery. The offers are always very competitive, and I've usually found my Medik8 products at the same price (if not lower) than some of the larger sites. It's an added bonus to be shopping with a family business too!
I am not happy with my order I am missing a dermalogica vitamin c package ,577439 that’s is the order number & I have only just received the package and evey but the deemalogica vitamin c package is not there , I have tried to ring but no answer, could you please email me

We are a small business and we are very proud to be so and the comes with it's stregnths and weaknesses but we have a strong and loyal customer base and we always try and do our very best for all of our customers.
We hand pick and pack all of our customers' orders, we do it from our Salon in Lichfield and we process and send orders as quickly as we can but we are not a multi-national business and we will never deliver your items the same day. What we will do is appreciate each and every customer and each and every order they choose to place with us.
