I ordered from here 2 times and products were delivered super fast and customer service was reliable and nice. one critique would be the email address isn’t working so my mails bounce back and I end up calling the line directly but I did get the support I needed.They also have great pricing and regular sale codes. First time using this company to order Elemis shampoo which was on offer at a good price. Ordered at wkend and arrived Thursday, well packaged and in perfect condition. As well as being the best price at the time, I used this company as I like to support local independent businesses. If we don’t use them, we could lose them. We are a small business and we are very proud to be so and the comes with it's stregnths and weaknesses but we have a strong and loyal customer base and we always try and do our very best for all of our customers.
We hand pick and pack all of our customers' orders, we do it from our Salon in Lichfield and we process and send orders as quickly as we can but we are not a multi-national business and we will never deliver your items the same day. What we will do is appreciate each and every customer and each and every order they choose to place with us.
