Professional, respectful of my property and made sure everything was in order and I was happy before they left. They had to work really hard to get the sofa into my tiny house and it was snowing as well. Absolutely first class service, great guys, hope they got home safely.
Delivery and set up brilliant. K&L kept me informed of progress of journey. The 2 guys were so polite and professional. They brought in bed and had it all set up in around 20 minutes. This included showing me the bed controls. All in all a brilliant and stress free experience. Thank You

They were absolutely fantastic They were so polite. My house isn’t easy but they took out the old settee absolutely no problem (thought it was going to be hard considering the moaning I had with my removers moving in) They had to take off the legs to get my new one in but there just wasn’t an issue, They put the legs back when in situ, steamed the settee to get wrinkles out Never had anything delivered before as well as these two did.
I had a fantastic experience with the delivery team from K&L. They delivered and built my bed, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We ran into a few space challenges, but their positive, can-do attitude never wavered.Instead of getting frustrated, they focused on finding solutions, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. They were friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really easy, pleasant experience. The two GENTLEMEN who delivered my Bed today were very polite excrptionaly good at their job. Put the Bed where I asked them too. Got on with assembling it without fuss. As I had told the suppliers that I lived in a culdesack situation with no parking of vehicles. I explained this to the gentleman whilst they were on there way to me as they contacted me to tell me the time to expect them and sure enough they arrived at that time. After assembling the Bed they asked me if it was in the right position and was I happy with that. Then before leaving they showed me how it worked ect., I offered to make them some refreshments but they said no thankyou. As they had to drive all the way back to their base in London. I couldn't thank them enough they were exceptional very polite and presentable. I would recommend the company.entlemen
The delivery team were fantastic and extremely efficient putting the bed together, Tracking app is first rate. They had spent 2 long days on the road from London delivering all over the north of Scotland but were still charming and so obviously eager to do a good job for the customer. Thank you very much.
