If I could give 0 I would, 100% do not buy from this company I got 200grams of i-tip extentions had them on my head for not even 3 days the sheading was so bad that most of the extentions had actually fallen completely apart, wish I could add videos to these reviews because this is shocking and then for you as a company to try act like it was the installers fault and possibly what my hair was washed with before installing is hilarious the extentions are poorly made, the actual hair it's self does feel lush tho just a shame they are made so badly Respone to pure hairs coment number 1 they was instantly by the same woman who's been instantly my hair for 10 years I can 100% tell you she did nothing wrong number 2 if you done your job correctly and put enough glue on the bond to make the stick tips they wouldn't have been falling part and number 3 you keep saying shedding but in the videos and photos I sent you I'm literally telling the extentions apart cause you are selling rubbish
Do NOT waste your time and money on this company or their product. I placed an order, after my last supplier stopped trading after reading the reviews on their site (despite them being years old and now very clearly fake since there's 4 lol..) and received them. First thing I noticed, is they are not as thick at the tip as they are on the ends as stated on the site. Should have been the first red flag but whatever, I needed my hair doing and considering they came from Australia and I have events to attend I can not wait for a replacement. Secondly, AAAAAA+ grade?! Get real. Another lie.After having them installed by the same specialist for almost a decade, I ofcourse used the same person, all the same products I have previously and the same before and after process. Immediately, all I dealt with was the hair shedding. Not a bit, which can be normal. But an absolute ton! My clothes are caked in hair, it's all over my house, I can't run my fingers through my hair without stacks of hair wrapped around my fingers!! The hair not only sheds, but comes away from the glue bond, leaving the glue in your hair. Dare brush your hair (correctly, from the ends working up and using an extension brush before I'm blamed for that too!!) And say goodbye to a minimum of 4 bonds. Dont bother to shower and CORRECTLY wash your hair! Bye bye to more bonds! The hair overall is horrific quality. So thin, knotty and dry.So I contact the company. And ofcourse its all my fault, with the offer of a cute little discount to get more of my money 🤣 Get real! God forbid I use the same products advised by a hair extension specialist. God forbid I use SPECIALIST hair extension shampoo and conditioner I have used for a long time, that is award winning may I add? So please keep your money! Both the company and anyone contemplating buying from this disgraceful company. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only 5 star reviews they have, have only ever made one review. Suspicious to you too?! Listen to the reviews that state exactly what I do. If you want to spend your hard earned money on hair that will shed EVERYWHERE, need removing after 2 weeks then more fool you 😁
I got the wire halo I’m suffering from telegen effiluim and it’s been hasseling me and making my mh sky rocket :’( the halo itself it’s absolutely gorgeous full and still working it out but I managed it yest and actually had a beautiful full thick plat that was absolutely boosted my confidence but today I struggled to apply and reached out to pures team for advice as I couldn’t get the nack of it and im sure they will reach out to me I’m shedding a lot so it’s a me problem and will wait for it to calm down hopefully the vivical will help me out and I can use everyday but for now I’m saving it for a special occasion as run risk of more shedding this isn’t anything wrong with the halo just my TE but I’m going to be buying a long pony tail as feel until the shedding lessons will be the one that will protect my hair but I mean it’s literally perfect and the team have done there best to help me track and trace my parcel and helping my end in the uk all the way I would 10000000000000% recommend this brand and the colour match is insane I may come back on to post a pic I didn’t take a picture but a YouTube video and screenshot it so u can see it but it really is soft feeling brushes through effortlessly and so far it’s been the longest halo I found so far as I have long hair normally fine just lots of it but I lost 200%volume but yest I got to feel like I had my princess hair back and I’m so greatfull and look forward to being able to use it I just need to work out how it’s applied propley I done how managed it yest but today because of my condition not pure product I lost a lot of hair but I have also emailed them regarding installing but yest it came of in secs and ino wen I get the hang of it will also go on in seconds so just wanted to say a big thank you to pure hair and also the corispondence I’ve had good , good hair highly recommend to purchase

Love love love this brand. I’ve been using this brand for over 1 year now and purchase twice because I was blonde then dyed my hair black. Just received my extension on the black hair and the quality is amazing. It’s silky and soft. I have clip ins too. My hair has never felt better, I’m more confident especially have 3 years of using keratin bond extensions and it damaged my natural hair. I will always use pure hair. Highly recommended.
