Amazing!!

I have to say, I was very sceptical when I looked at these reviews. I can safely say this was genuinely such a good experience all round: The postage to the UK was very fast considering it’s from Australia (only about 4 days I think), the quality of the extensions and packaging was INCREDIBLE! Plus the halo hair extension I bought was less than £100 which is insane considering the quality and thickness of the hair- most other brands I researched charge £180ish minimum for halos that are half the thickness of this. Postage was also tracked the whole way which gave me way less anxiety about it being lost/stolen etc. I am very surprised at how many 1 star reviews this brand has, very reliable and 100% recommend!

I cannot reply to the reply.. and as explained to you.. I used the correct shampoo and conditioner for hair extensions.. the hair was also yellow and not blonde. Customer service is appalling.. to be offered a £20 money off vouchers.. it’ll NEVER. be used.. honestly avoid this company at all costs!!!

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. From delivery to opening the box, everything was a disappointment.Delivery: The website states that delivery within Canada takes 2-3 business days with express post. However, this was not the case. The delivery was international, and I had to pay extra taxes and duties to receive my parcel. I paid for express shipping, expecting it to arrive in 2-3 days, but it took over a week! I contacted DLH, and they told me they don’t even offer 2-day express shipping.Color mismatch: I ordered #6 Light Chestnut Brown, but received Golden Blonde instead—completely different from what I expected.Poor quality: The quality is terrible. You can see visible fraying, and parts of it look like they were poorly cut close to clips . The ends are very thin and damaged.I will never order from here again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

These extensions are long and have…

These extensions are long and have volume. They have withstood well to colouring them a little bit darker, and are so easy to clip in and take out. They become your own hair. I will be re purchasing these when needed.
