My XL gardening sleeve did not fit despite my arm measurement being in the range on the size chart. I had to pay to return the product after emailing a requested photo showing the size of my arm! I told them that the top width of the original product could not stretch to the sizes given on the size chart & asked for the next size up. I had bought one that size for my daughter & it did fit me so I thought all would be good after all the run around. I was so disappointed that the new sleeve doesn't fit! There is not enough quality control for these products or Wildly Ready's size charts are just wrong. I suggest you do not buy these if you have large arms.
I really appreciate the design and variety of patterns, but I've noticed that wearing the sleeves for longer than an hour makes my arms a bit sweaty, and they start to redden and itch. My sensitive skin doesn't react well to the material, and I think cotton would be a better option for me. However, I won't be returning them since they do serve their purpose, albeit for shorter periods. They are definitely a better alternative to applying sunscreen!
