I returned a fringe via first-class mail, as they don’t use QR codes. Now, they claim they haven't received it, so I've paid for something I don’t have. A good company resolves such issues, and this experience has caused me significant distress. They are looking into it, and I will update on their resolution efforts.
I bought this hair almost 6 months ago and it’s already done, extremely POOR QUALITY. After using it for a while, I realized it’s not 100% human hair. It appears to be processed hair / a blend (around 80/20), even though it’s advertised as “human hair.” The advertising feels misleading.On top of that, the price is way too high for what it is. I found very similar hair for around $145 CAD, but this company charges about double, which feels like a huge markup for the same type of product.Be careful!!! I feel fooled and I wouldn’t buy again.
I love having long hair but often wanted a break from the maintenance, so decided I would order some pure hair clip in extensions. I did use their site to colour match my hair and they got back to me promptly! I have shoulder length hair so it was a bit tricky trying to blend them but the colour match was perfect! So far I have curled and straightened them and will see how long they last, but very happy with my purchase so far.
I ordered a halo top for $200 sale and they told me it was sold out. Said a new ship was due the next week. 2 weeks go by and no updates on when I will get anything. I sent two emails, both times they gave me some stupid generic email saying it was coming "next week". Save your money, got to Luxy and dont go with these liars. They have thus far taken my money and dragging me along for who knows how long. I will make an update IF they give me a refund because the waiting sucks. Be CAREFUL! They've got the same halo on sale right now but somehow theyre not able to send me anything??? Make that make sense. GO ELSEWHERE, THESE COMMENTS ARE FAKE!!
