Review Time
I placed an order in January. The good news is Pure Ratios does a great job of quickly processing payment. The company took my money right away! The bad news is my order never shipped. Myriad unanswered emails, calls to a defunct phone number, sleuthing to contact the parent company, trying to get in touch with the wholesale division have not produced any results. I have disputed the charge with my cc company. It’s such a shame, as I’ve been ordering for years. The CBD salve and patches have been a godsend for my elderly mother. I am so disheartened that Pure Ratios swindled me and other unsuspecting customers who ordered in good faith.
Should be -5 stars!I placed my order on February 10th, I have not received any other communication except "order confirmed" --and my credit card charged. Since it has far exceeded the "3-5 working days to get my order ready" (according to order confirmation) I've emailed 3 requests asking for order status. NO response. How can companies get away with this?
I used their original CBD pain patches which were a God sent but then the company went to Hemp instead. Sadly, Hemp doesn't work as well for serious pain and I was really saddened as were many others who had used their original patches. After I saw all the positive reviews for the Hemp Reservoir patches I broke down and placed an order. They were amazing at taking my money immediately but never shipped the order. I had to place a dispute order with my bank to get my money back after calls and emails failed. The number has been disconnected. Don't bother.
I have used the hemp patches for a long time without issue. On 11/25/2024, I placed an order, received order confirmation & my credit card was charged. Still have not seen my order. It is 01/07/2025. No response to email & the phone number is no longer in service.
I ordered 5 patches from this company. After 10 days of not receiving, I emailed the company and have gotten no reply. I tried to call them and their phone number is disconnected. They debited my checking account right away. But have gotten no product and can't reach the company.
I have been ordering these patches for quite some time now. I was charged on Oct 4th for the patches and here it is Oct 23rd and no patches. I've sent emails and no response. Phone number out of service. Here it is November 13th and still no refund or patches!! Do not order from this company
BEWARE: SEEMS FRAUDULENT!!I made an order, have not received it and they just disappeared. No phone or email contact. Phone is out of service. To track the package they also sent me to an app that asks to have complete access to my emails (which I obviously did not accept)
I have been a subscriber for years....however, even though my account is charged well in advance of shipping every month....in September 2024 I was charged then pure ratios was unable to fulfill my recurring order as they had run out of patches indefinitely due to a promotion. They are unable to take care of their loyal long-time customers as they try to go after new customers. So new customers....BEWARE! A great product from an unreliable company.
