I ordered puzzles on October 29 and received a shipping notification on November 5, the same day my card was charged. I then got a message saying the puzzles were delivered, but it also stated they could still be in transit or delivered to another location. After a month of communication with the customer support team, I've only been informed that they are "looking into my order." They have not found the package and will not refund my money until they do.

These puzzles are excellent for enhancing concentration and provide a lot of enjoyment. I also appreciate that the platform is very secure for purchases, eliminating any hacking concerns. Thank you so much, and wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season!
I really enjoy these puzzles. They are challenging across all sizes and feature beautiful artwork. They bring us together as we work on them, trade them, and share photos. I'm excited about the current sale and planning a puzzle party over the holiday break. Thank you!
