March 2026:
Company responded finally and the next shipment was correct and I received one follow up. Now once again, no response, credit card was charged but no shipment sent, no communication, no dose increase. Nothing! Have called customer service, left messages, tried the contact person, no response from them either. Will have to try to dispute with credit card company.
Previous review which I was asked to delete since they"fixed" the issue:
Switching from another provider due to poor service. Had the intake conversation, explained that I was already on terzepitide for 3 months at 7.5mg and they said I would move up to 10mg and that it should take 3-5 days to receive. Never received shipping information until it was already scheduled to be delivered at which time Fed Ex said they couldn't deliver because it was the wrong address. The address was corrected but they couldn't deliver until Monday so it sat around unrefrigerated an additional 3 days. They said they would send out another shipment overnight on Monday. Never heard another word and no response to messages. When the original order finally arrived, it is the wrong dose. It is only for 5 mg which is going to do absolutely nothing for me. So now I have been without the meds for 3 weeks due to all the delays and I paid $259 for nothing. It took 9 days for the client portal to respond with tracking info which was 5 days after it shipped. When you call the customer service number it just gives you an automated message. When you leave a message you either get an AI text bot message or it takes several days to get a personalized text back. You cannot actually talk to a human to explain the issues.

I was told I’d get my meds in 3 days. Medication came 8 days later. THEN the directions told me to take the wrong starting dose. Then it was hot upon arrival. And when you call the ONE number they provide, it’s an automated message that asks you to leave a message because they are “so-called” busy. It is dang near Impossible to talk to anyone. They only respond by text. And when someone calls back, it’s only this “Jason” guy. Like, if Jason died, I believe the company would be in trouble. He is the ONLY LIVE person to speak with. I’m unable to get answers I need in a timely manner, the customer service STINKS, and at this point, I’m going to have to accept the fact that I have been duped out of all my money and that this is fake. I am so hurt and feel so stupid. The medicine doesn’t even look right. How does a pharmacist make such a HUGE mistake is instructions? I could have harmed myself completely! But this “Jason” swears by their product and claims I will see major results. Very manipulative. And my dumbass fell for it. I was wanting it too badly I guess. I fell for the okiedoke! Oh, I was rejected a refund with return of meds too.
I really wanted to take a moment to highlight the customer service, because it truly stood out to me. Jason is exceptional kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping.
