The support at PYXA is second to none. Fast, comprehensive and spot on. I did not realize when i paid for their membership that PYXA is just beginning to develop into a ONE STOP shop for all things AI. I have seen them add a number of new options since I have been involved (one month) and much more to come apparently. Exciting to me to have made a good choice with my limited funds…and get so much in return.
I absolutely LOVE Pyxa. First, I read a one star review here where the person had difficulty paying with PayPal. This was not my experience at all. My payment went through without any glitches, as expected. Now, about the product itself. I love the variety of ai applications that are available here. I am able to use the most up to date ai models without worrying about ai credits. This represents a HUGE value for the money. Every interaction I have had with customer support has been polite and professional. I am a huge fan of this product and recommend it wholeheartedly!
Ordering process is very buggy. I wanted to use PayPal pay in for. During the process the website glitched removed my payment without charging me, but when I want to re-enter, PayPal had been completely removed from the payment options. Leaving only the full payment by credit card option. Then the website Circle just kept spinning round and round and never did accept payment. The website kept dumping my information, leading me to believe that I was going to be charged more than once.Anytime that a website doesn't work in payment doesn't go through properly or offer the proper options I get suspicious of the product. There are way too many scams out there! They also don't provide a contact number or on-site support for payment issues.
Pyxa.ai team is working very hard to make sure people get exceptional AI services. The philosophy of the product team is to develop the product in efficient and cost-effective way so that every one can have the fruits of AI.I have worked with the product team in the capacity of Fractional AI architect and they always tried to put customer's perspective first in the development of the product. Definitely recommend the product to users as the future direction is very smart, customer oriented and cost-effective.
I originally wrote a negative review and had no idea how anyone could write a positive one. This is a very new "platform" that gives you access to some AI tools/models that work for writing, prompt assisted image and video creation, avatar and voice use, bot training, and a bunch more stuff. The site is constantly updating because they are still building what they are advertising. You'll see some empty sections as they work, like the social media section. This is going to be amazing if people keep supporting it. Those of us who sign up early, appear to be able to keep the same access after it's complete. When they say "unlimited", it pertains to aspects of whatever you're paying unlimited for. If it's unlimited image generation, some models will be unlimited while others won't. I think when it's finished, it could feel like a mini creator's studio for me. I don't regret buying this anymore, and I'm very excited to see where it goes.
I've deleted my earlier 1 star review following Pyxa's response to it. They reached out offering a full refund even though I'm well out of their window and they have no obligation at all to offer that. They also stressed that it was in no way contingent on my changing my review. I really think I'm missing something here. I suspect this is learning curve / accessibility issue rather than the systems being intrinsically fighty. So I reached out to them asking for a couple of weeks to allow me do some concerted learning and practice. Then if I'm still getting nowhere in my projects even using the functions as intended, I can speak more informedly (?!) on the products. So - this 3 stars - 1 star for this person's UX, 5 stars for customer service, support and company integrity. Watch this space. I'll revise the review after curving my learns.
