Review Time
I placed an order for several items on November 12th, and it indicated that my order had shipped on the same day. Now, on December 6th, it still shows that my order is in the 'shipped' status. I've reached out to the company several times but haven't received any response.
The advertisement is completely misleading. The quality is subpar and doesn't justify the price. Additionally, one item was missing and another arrived damaged. I reached out to the support team, and while they mentioned the missing item is on its way, I haven't received any shipping confirmation for the second delivery. I've requested a refund and sent multiple emails, but my concerns are being overlooked.
The products are excellent; I bought a necklace and it closely resembles the picture on the website, despite the images being AI-generated. Initially, I thought I was scammed due to the AI pictures and suspected fake reviews, but the product arrived as expected and is truly beautiful. I would highly recommend this service.

I was eager to support this brand. I ordered two pairs of earrings but was disappointed; they are quite small and not worth wearing. The website photos suggest they are much larger. Additionally, the colors of the watermelon pips I received are orange instead of the expected red or pink.
