My order has not arrived; responses seem automated, and customer service is lacking. There’s no concern shown about the delivery timing for a birthday. They lack a contact number on their website, and it's misleading as it doesn’t mention that delivery can take over two months with no tracking available. Overall, the service is poor, and I would not purchase from them again.

The advertisement is misleading. The quality is low and not worth the price, plus one item was missing and another arrived broken. I contacted them and was told the missing item is on its way, but I haven't received a shipping email for the second delivery. I've requested a refund and sent multiple emails, but I'm being ignored.
Delivery takes a lot of time, but the staff are very helpful and respond promptly to any inquiries. There was a mix up and one of the items I ordered didn't come with the other, so I emailed them and after a quick verification, they sent me the other item as soon as they could. Would recommend buying again

Thats why I bought a bracelet because Palestine needs to be free. The company informed me very Well also about a delay. Really great!Today u received the bracelet.
