I have been having issues with Quickbooks for quite some time now and Alex spent several hours fixing my problems. He is very knowledgeable, very patient and persistent. He responds quickly and timely. He is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.
I called the sales center to ask questions about the products QB Techs offered. A friendly advisor by the name of Alex helped answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable about purchasing a new accounting desk top version of my 2022 Quickbooks software. Alex my new account manager said he will be there to help me along the way with any questions or needs I may have.
My computer crashed and Intuit would not allow me to install my 2018 version that was supposed to be valid forever. They are forcing everbody into their subscription service that would cost me $730 a year for my 2 simple companies. I found QBtechs searching for cheaper options and was very suspicous that they were a scam as there are plenty out there. Their online chat rep convinced me to give it a try and I am super happy. I downloaded 2024 Desktop Pro Plus from quickbooks web site, installed and activated it with the key I got from QBtechs and it worked perfectly. Imported my 2 business backups and I am perfect.
Alex help me to buy and activate the Enterprise 24 version at 10:00 Pm Miami time, he spend few time with me over the chat helping me to activate step by step the program and also help me with additional things over the installation, he/they are a great option to purchase or update your quickbooks licenses!, go ahead with them , they are phenomenal service company , congrats! happy to find people like them helping and supporting business to move forward.
