Our company has been a business partner with Tabby, however the recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

Since 1st February, we have continuously been informed that an internal review would take around 30 days. Now, after more than a month, we are again being told to wait another 30–45 days without any clear explanation or transparency.

During this time, all payments have been frozen and services disabled, which has directly impacted our business operations and cash flow. What is most frustrating is the lack of real communication support repeatedly provides the same template responses instead of meaningful updates or solutions.

As a partner, we expect professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, the current handling of this situation reflects poor senior management coordination and ineffective partner support.

We hope Tabby improves how it treats its merchants and provides clearer communication instead of prolonged uncertainty.

Tabby is the worst experience simply they put collection charges
0567824563 my number if you can resolve. Firstly they told u just pay your balance due we will write off collection charges charged to you but after paying people are not caring just pretending like i dont know.

"I am extremely disappointed with Tabby's service. I took the initiative to pay off all my remaining installments in a single lump sum to ensure a clean record. However, instead of rewarding this promptness, Tabby blocked my account without any clear explanation. It is frustrating to be penalized after fulfilling all financial obligations ahead of time. Customer support has been unhelpful so far. If settling debts leads to account restrictions, it defeats the purpose of using the platform. I hope this is resolved immediately."

Tabby needs to update their terms and conditions. As I was a victim of fraud company, I have asked tabby to cancel the transaction, which they refused because they dont have the option to cancel. Asking the merchant to cancel the transaction made is also impossible. They have refused to cancel and also telling me that they do not have this option. It was so confusing and frustrating. Tabby should have other ways to protect their client. I will stop using their service now.

Extremely disappointing support experience! I have reached out more than 10 times regarding my refund. Despite providing all necessary proof, they refuse to acknowledge it. I've been in constant contact with the support team, but no one has been able to assist me. I’ve requested to speak with a manager multiple times, yet no one has returned my call. Since December 28, I've been waiting for my refund, and the billing remains unresolved. I've already made my first payment and am even paying a monthly subscription fee, yet I am treated this way. It's incredibly frustrating!
