Review Time
Our stay at Bali Palms Resort was lovely. Set in quiet Candidasa with restaurants, massage parlours etc just a short walk away. The staff are friendly, food is delicious, pool is huge and a good location. I will return 😊
ViaResorts so far have been extremely helpful for our next trip. Queried price - check ok, resort -check ok, got flights -check ok. I know things don’t always go to plan but this holiday HAS gone to plan perfectly for us. Dnt take the negativity of reviews, take the many many positives and book with ViaResorts.
We booked a 7-day Bali tour through ViaResorts, sponsored by Karma, and we’re very satisfied with the entire experience.
ViaResorts was extremely helpful and responsive from the beginning. They assisted us in selecting available travel dates within just a two-week timeframe, which made planning the trip very easy and stress-free. Every arrangement was well organized from the smooth airport pickup to our comfortable stay at Anathera Resort. Everything went exactly as planned.
During the trip, we attended an introductory session with Karma about their luxury holiday membership. The presentation was informative and I think membership is best suited for travelers who can spend at least two weeks per year on holidays, with plans ranging from 10 to 25 years. If you can travel at least total of 4 weeks per year you can greatly benefit from this offer according to my calculations.
Overall, ViaResorts provided excellent coordination and support throughout our trip, and we truly appreciated how smoothly everything was handled.
Via Resorts is a complete scam. They advertised a $400 deal for a couple and a child under six, with an upgrade option to $600 for two adults and two children. I chose the upgrade. Despite paying the $400 voucher, I was pressured to purchase quickly before dates “sold out.” I confirmed the dates and price with an online agent. Yet, after all confirmations, I was asked to pay another $1248—totaling $1648—when the same room was listed for $759 on Booking.com. No phone support, and emails go unanswered. When I finally reached staff online, they were rude, even threatening to cancel my booking and void the $400 I’d already paid. Avoid this dishonest operation entirely!

Scam alertTried to book and no responseContacted customer service sent another form to fill out so I did, 24hrs later I get another response confirming they received the form. Which it what is says when you try to book.I had waited 3 to 4 days before contacting customer support, after the 2 extra days of back and forth they tell me the hotel has me details and will get back to me , I know the hotel has my details but they are not responding to me.Also you must attend a 2hr time share meeting.Don't waste your time nothing but a scam...Michelle, there is no mention of these conditions when you purchase this, the only mention is after the purchase, therefore this is a scam and I request a full refund.
