Poor customer service experience

The bike arrived later than expected, which was acceptable. However, once we finally received it three weeks later, it stopped working after just 30 minutes. We charged it overnight, but nothing changed. It's been nearly a week, and customer service has yet to follow through with a return label or shipping information for a new bike. Very disappointing. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Lack of customer service

Zero customer service. They never respond to emails. One of their representatives should be dismissed. They use bots for chat support. Stay away from this company and their e-bikes.

Outstanding experience

Outstanding experience. I ordered a bike for my son and wanted to change the color. They were very responsive and intercepted the shipment to ensure they could send the color we wanted. Excellent service.
