I ordered like 20 perfume samples and they were too cheap to send the money back or replace the 2 that came open. Unbelievable. Were talking about a 200€ order. At first they replied and asked for pictures and then they simply ghosted me. 20€ out of the 200€ they got and they didint fix the easiest problem in the world.

This is the second time I've received an incorrect perfume sample, even though the decant bottle had the correct name. I know this fragrance well, so I am completely certain. I won't be placing my trust in them again!

Highly recommend the 10ml travel size - excellent value and authentic samples

This is the third perfume sample service I have tried this year, and they are by far the best in terms of variety and delivery speed. I've just placed my fourth order because I'm thrilled with the travel size options. I bought travel sizes of full-size bottles I already own to verify if the samples are genuine, and to my surprise, they are indeed authentic, which is why I returned for more. Great packaging and everything is clearly labeled. Well done!

Still waiting for my order

I have yet to receive my order in Croatia since November 16, 2025. The initial tracking number was invalid, so I reached out to customer support. I then received a valid tracking code, but the status hasn't changed, and the package still hasn't arrived.
