I've used Rubber Stamp Champ (henceforth "RSC" in this review) for years, and I've always been pleased with their service and quality. Today, I received a custom stamp that it turns out *I* screwed up, and the kind folks at RSC were gracious enough to cover the cost even though a) I offered, and b) it was my mistake. Customer service is something that has, unfortunately, fallen off in the past decade(s) — and I'm pleased to support another small business like RSC, who still takes pride in their work, and cares that the end result is a happy customer...even when the customer is wrong. The stamps are perfect and a great value. The sizes and fonts are as indicated. and when there was a question as to ink color, RubberStampChamp contacted me to confirm beforehand.
