I used this site to create a QR Code for a birthday card. I paid a small fee to download the code, then today I find that the company has taken £46.45 out if my account for a months subscription, which I never agreed to or had any knowledge of. I am disabled and can't afford this type of loss. The site is advertised as FREE to generate a code, but clearly they are automatically signing people up for subscriptions once they get your card details. I have contacted the company through their site and am now waiting for a response. Very upset about this. UPDATE : After several emails to the company complaining about being automatically charged and being offered a lifetime membership for the amount they took from my bank account, they eventually agreed to refund me in full. I received the refund within 3 days. So it's worth contacting customer services and persevering if this happens to you.
