They lead you to believe that you can use the free trial to generate a QR code for free. I produced a QR code to a website for a nonprofit missionary agency focused on thanking veterans for their service. I used the barcode on more than 2000 pieces of print literature. it turns out that the barcode only brings you to their website and then forces you to subscribe to their paid services in order to forward the link to the appropriate destination. I tested the barcode before printing of course, but that was during the 10-day trial and it worked flawlessly until it expired. Now I have $3000 worth of useless print literature.
