Terrible Account Management — Proceed with Caution

We used Quartile for DSP management on our Amazon advertising account. While the platform itself showed some promise initially, the account management experience was among the worst I've encountered in over a decade of running an e-commerce business.
Over the course of our engagement, our assigned account managers failed to show up to two separately scheduled meetings with no advance notice or explanation. Multiple emails — at least three — went completely unanswered over a period of several weeks. When we finally did get a response, Quartile acknowledged they may not have been receiving our messages, yet no one on their team thought to proactively follow up with us during that silence.
To make matters worse, we were billed management fees twice within a two-week span. When we raised the issue and filed a dispute with our bank, Quartile's response was not to investigate or resolve the billing concern — it was to immediately terminate our account. They shut down all services and optimizations while still holding a prepaid DSP balance that had not been spent.
No effort was made to retain the relationship or address the root cause of our concerns. Instead, we received a boilerplate apology and were shown the door.
If you're a small or mid-sized business considering Quartile, understand that once you sign on, accountability appears to be optional. Meetings are missed, emails go unanswered, and if you question a charge, you risk losing your entire account and the optimization work that was done on your behalf.
I would not recommend Quartile to any business that values communication, transparency, or basic professionalism from a service provider.
