Products seem to be a good buy but shipping is expensive and slow. the Product is poor quality. The boots I bought smelled like dead fish and the sizing is very wrong, I ordered 2 sizes larger than I normally take and still too small, Returning them to China for a refund is expensive to only at least get back half my money from what I paid. I am still waiting for refund 8 weeks later , the representative said he would look into it, I am still waiting for a reply from him
Do NOT purchase anything from Québec Élégance. This website is operating a classic online scam.The items I received are a total misrepresentation of the products advertised on their website. The quality is incredibly poor, the materials are cheap, and they look nothing like the pictures or descriptions provided online. It is clearly false advertising.
