Stay away from this place. Absolutely fraudulent advertising. Entitled customer service. They said the jacket is designed and hand made in Canada with Canadian materials but it was shipped from China woth a different logo in the jacket. Took well over a month to get ot delivered. Truly disappointing. Product is nothing like the pictures or what was advertised in style warmth and durability.
The description of the items on the web site is wrong. All their merchandises is made in China? Why are they call Quebec Elegance? You have to pay yourself for a return and you have to send it back to China? The company is a real Scam. Do not buy from this company, they are a fraud.
0 stars! This site is a scam. I only read the reviews after placing my order. I canceled the order within minutes and they would not cancel the order. I communicated numerous times and they simply would not cancel the order. They assured me they would help me with the return and I told them I’m not paying for a return. They assured me all would be fine. I received the cheap boots made in China (and shipped from China) and now they are saying their return policy does not include free returns. I’m beyond livid! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
This company is a fraud. I purchased a sweater that said it was ‘soft wool’. It arrived not looking nice like in the picture, didn’t have a brand tag or size tag on it and had a small tag that said “100% polyester”. Would recommend avoiding this company unless you want to waist your money.
Hi everyone, Do not buy from Quebec Elegance, They did not send me the size I asked for and when the personne who gave me the addresse return was just b.s. When I got at the Post office the return was 110$, the guy (Danny) dam well new what address he gave me. I never got my winter boots and I could not return? I purchaae as they say on their sight. Please get this message around. Waste of money
SCAM! Save your money/ time and avoid them. No exchange or returns.Asian retailer with no office/warehouse in North America. The "Winter boots" I received are not winter at all, cheapest lowest quality materials. Look not as on pictures. Wrong size. The product you would be OK to buy for 5$ on the asian market to wear once for carnival.
No no no. Scammers. I got approx $245 back, for goods not ordered but received anyway, by working very closely with my bank, but it was not easy. The date of my “experience” is a rough estimate because the “experience” went on and on. Do not get on this website, please!
