Safe from the Quest employment in Northampton

safe from the Quest agency in Northampton!It's the worst agency I've worked with, I don't advise anyone to go to them! they don't answer the phones, you always have to go to the agency! and when you get there you find some people you can't talk to, they are very rude and try to trick you into thinking they are right! I lost 20 days of leave because of them!

Terrible agency

Terrible agency! I had a scheduled telephone meeting on a specific date. I called them 17 times and they never answered. I rescheduled to try again for another day. After 5 attempts again they didn’t answer. All their emails are non reply so I filled in a contact form twice which said they would reply within 2 hours. Never heard back!

Avoid

Avoid all bad reviews are correct and it is quest as a whole not independent places. Corby quest put job posts up in Polish or romanian which is a concern. Arent the employees supposed to pass a written English and spoken test, makes putting posts up in foreign, like you are not interested in English workers.The fat one is a moody little green card dodger.Seen more staff than the holocaust saw victims. AVOID IF LOOKING FOR RECRUITMENT.ADVERTISE PERMANENT POSITION AND DONT ENTERTAINMENT THESE PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS.people are willing to work, the minute you mention this agency is your staffing choice. GUARANTEED people will look elsewhere than work with quest. Always a pay issue. and you told a client I quit, in the ploy for me to use my licences in a new contract you got. If you are looking for staff they will use the company to get FLT licences then put the staff in rival companies.Ask europa how many reach drivers quest got to go to new cold.Knowledge is power AVOID as an employee and as a staff sourceYou will cry about it later
