Peterborough Branch Very bad staffing indeed as they don’t care to give people jobs and put fake adverts up just to make them look good They gave me 2 responses by email and ignored the rest which is unacceptable and unprofessional they don’t even deserve 1 star as the team are unprofessional
I worked for quest employment for more than a year. During this period, I had a week leave and two weeks paternity leave and they were all paid for. When I got a permanent contract, they gave me reference and also paid for all my unspent holidays. I like the agency because they always listen and resolve issues. Based on the above, am recommending the agency 100%.
If I could give no stars I would. Don’t ever work for them. The management is appalling, they cancel work on the morning of your confirmed shifts because of reasons that we’re incorrect. They cut your pay without telling you. Won’t answer the phone. Overall a terrible agency that don’t care about the people they employ.
I would sum this company up in a few words: time wasters, joke, rude and unprofessional.They told me to go to work on Monday. Woke up at 4 to catch the 04:50 bus to start work at 6AM. On site there was no one that came to talk to me although I spoke to them and explained that it’s my first day and I was sent by the agency. Waited around 1 hour and a half after they told me to wait 5 minutes and then left. Other past experience of me with them was that I attended day 1, I was trained, everything went well, but then they didn’t message me for attending the next day or any other day.
