Review Time
First of all the customer care is awful. I told them I was not happy with the results and wished to proceed with a refund, as their website states you have a 6 month guarantee period if you're not happy with the results.. When customer care contacted me back they asked if I'd like to try their "upgraded version" for only the difference of the original one I purchased. I told them no I wasn't interested in an upgraded version just a refund and then communication was shut off and they didn't get back to me. Total scam stay away!
If I could give a 0 star I would... I spent about 300 on memory foam for this device, extensions, springs, rings and even bout a second one just in case it for some reason broke, DO NOT BUY THIS. I’ve worn this for 4 months both for 6+ hours a day and you cannot wear this at work or anywhere, it looks like you have a chub 24/7 And as you add extension pieces it will stay on for about 30 minutes to a hour and start to slip off and rip your penis through the loops and it’s painful asf. I’ve tried everything and I cannot put up with this thing anymore, I’ve seen no gains at all and for some reason at first it said my penis was getting shorter not longer. It’s gotten to the point where if I wear it I have to be sitting down and if I stand up my penis finds a way to slide out slowly and painfully. I’ve had a bath mate for years now and only use it 2-3 times a week and that has shown way better results and doesn’t need to be worn for 4-6 hours a day and for 6 months to see results. This company will not give me my money back and when I first purchased they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called them so I had to contest the charge with my bank to get my money back. All the reviews and goodie goodie things they claim this thing does is pure rubbish and I honestly believe this thing can ruin your erections if not used properly and damage your wiener. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS
Ok so the company is fine, got my product a bit late tho. Good costumer service, they answered the phone and told me everything i needed to know the two times i called. the extender looks fine, well built except for the springs that get stuck. Now about the design: this is painful to wear. You have to choose between the silicone straps that irritate the head, or the foam pads that cause lots of pinching and slip. I have no clue if this works or not, but if you want to try out go for a device with a vacuum, this design is awful.Edit: So i found a way to make this work I think. This guy on Pegym used a cut baby sock and it prevents pinching. Still uncomfortable but hey it doesn't slip and the pain is minor. Edit 2: nah this slips and is still uncomfortable. I need to find a way to fix this. Using those things is proving to be quite the journey, they don't "work" out of the box.
I don't know what the hell the other reviewers received. For me it does exactly what it says on the tin and more. It's as comfortable as a torture device for your penis could possibly be. The package was delivered in about 4 days time from Canada to the UK, it's well made and seems robust. I'm delighted with my package for my package. What the hell do people want, a magic wand? By the way I'm just a regular 52 year old Househusband from West Yorkshire, where people are known for there bulls**t free attitude and speaking their minds. If it was garbage, trust me, I'd say!
I have been using it for the better part of seven months and have measured about an inch gained. The springs in it are pointless. I compress it as much as possible to get it fitted, then I unscrew the adjusting screws out as far as they will go. The poor design of the base makes it painful to wear, but by forcing it to stretch things out, it does seem to work. I have to use a spring clip to hold the bands from sliding from the holes. Also, I break the bands from tightening them, and I am down to my last set. I just tried to order more foam and bands, and all I received was the foam. No bands, and no response from the company, so it looks like I will not be receiving that part of the shipment. Personally I would recommend buying a cheap 3d printer, and working on a better design and eliminate the rubber bands and springs, for a regular screw tensioner and padded adjustable clamp instead of bands. Would likely be cheaper and less painful than this invention.
So utterly cheap! I mean it is $1.00 in peices. The spring mechanism does not even work as the cheap metal rods are not fitted properly. The rods grind when compressed, so there is no consistent tension. The fastening apparatus is outdated and what you find on the $50.00 models.
Well I have to say this is my own fault as I read reviews on here first before placing an order for a caution to the wind.Purchased item On the 22nd of July with express shipping so I should’ve received the item within a week. Package has still not arrived, Customer service is non-existent I’ve called, emailed and open tickets via the message board just for the ticket to be closed continuously. I’ve now been forced to open a dispute with my bank in the hopes but I can get £131 back but I spent on this scam.Avoid with all your might well be prepared to lose your money.
Total scam!!! They’re not the leader in penis enlargement since 2006. They’re the leader in scamming ppl since 2006... Did anyone reported them to the consumer protection office? I sent them an elaborate letter telling them that I would report them if they don’t refund me but didn’t get any reply from them yet.I want to expose their fake guarantees and lies to the Federal Trade Commission, but I’m not sure it if it will shut them down or I could get a refund. I don’t understand why scammers can get away with their robberies. Aren’t there supposed to be laws out there protecting consumers? Has anyone reported them yet?
I ordered the Quick Extender Pro along with paying the 1-2 day shipping... I received the product 5 days later, even though I paid for the expedited shipping... However, that’s not the disappointing part... Upon opening the product I noticed that the main part that received the stud at the base was missing, this I went to the website and chatted with an agent.I expressed my disappointment and the fact the part was missing. I was asked to take a picture and send it to them, which I did. The individual stated they would ship the part and it would “make it whole”, however 4 business days later still no part.On top of that, I just called the number and they stated that only orders are available by phone and all customer service is done via email...This is ridiculous! I paid more money for a product I could have gotten off of Amazon for a fraction of the price because they were supposed to be providing the best customer service!Jokes on me, I guess! DO NOT buy this product if you expect expedited shipping and a complete order!
