Helpful service and easy to start

Really refreshing being able to speak to a real person and have questions/requests fulfilled with quickness. And I had and still have to ask a lot of questions.But from start to finish was seamless:- Asked to change springs on my order, they confirmed and sent same day- It arrived in plain brown cardboard - Was really easy to start with the guided instructionsFinding for me (uncut) it helps to pull the skin back and tighten/knot from there.Almost an inch added so far. Works but takes patience.

Poor Delivery

Hi there,If you are reading this review, I believe you might be in the process of ordering one of the Quick Extender Pro edition.Just a brief about my ordering experience I would like to share before you proceed further.I am from a Pacific Island country and have placed my order on Quick Extender Pro official website on the 4/01/2023. As I speak, its been 39 odd days and it's quite said to say that I haven't yet receive my order.From the tracking number provided by QEP, it's says the item is in Aussie but actually it's not.Here is the tracking number which you can see the delay in their package delivery window.CC239283113CAI event sent countless emails to their customer service team but what I kept saying is just be patient your order will arrive soon.I really don't know how long it will take.Maybe it will be okay if you're in US or other nearby countries.I assumed this might be a scam. Just might thoughts based on my experience.

Took a leap of faith and trusted the process and I'm happy I did.

It's been a couple months now but I wanted to wait until some progress to write a review. Package arrived quicker than projected (6-9 business days, but arrived in 4 business days). I've been wearing it and tracking my progress since I started, length and degree. After about 10 weeks (not inlcuding the adaptation period) I've added more than half an inch, and my curve has straightened around 5 degrees. I'm not sure if in my case the straightening affects the speed of lenghtening, but since I'm getting both I really can't complain. 5/5

They are fraud company

They are fraud company. I had ordered the device on july 8 2022 and the product is not delivered till date nor are they refunding the money. When they are not refunding the money for product not delivered, think of their no question asked money back ad they post in their website. I am failing a a complain mentioning they are fraud company.
