Using the device is very easy using their online web app for instructions, troubleshooting and videos. My starting size was exactly 5 inches and following the guide I increased my length in 5 months to a hair over 6 inches. I wear it 5 days a week and added the appropriate extension bars at the time it tells me too. The video guides were well detailed and clear while the web app helped me stay on course to my goals. I feel very pleased with my purchase, my gains and the overall service from the support staff.
Can’t argue with results. It does exactly what it says, the only obstacle is if you have the patience and adherence. I’m up two inches after almost six months, wearing it for five days a week most weeks. Device is useless. The foam does not hold your dick, mine is about 4" flaccid which should have been plenty of shaft to grip but no way did it hold. As for their return process, you have to pay postage to Canada and at best, you'll get a little less than 1/2 your money. I returned/refunded this but it's hard for me to give a bad rating here. Some cons and pros:Cons:- the instructions app wasn't working on my laptop on multiple browsers, I had to use my phone- it took a while to feel the tension and get to the growth stage (they say this is by design and for safety, but then why call it "Quick"?)- the purpose of the different bundles is unclear, why are there two nearly identical bundles, why do they have different lengths (this confusion caused me to purchase the wrong bundle, and i had to add accessories to address this)- minor point but there was a shipping hiccup in the replacement they sent, so they had to send it twicePros: - having multiple instructional resources is nice, i wasnt forced in any one way (I could choose to read my instructions from the booklet, or go through the app, or watch a video)- it was surprisingly more tolerable than my previous extender experience, and i appreciated the effectiveness of the distributed pressure on comfort- their customer service, they were always quick to reply and constantly went above and beyond to address my complaints, they sent me replacements and illustrated guides on rectifying the issues I was facing, and followed up to make sure it all worked out- it does actually work, I saw observable growth in girth and length in 3 successions but i had to appraise if it was worth the amount of effort i was willing to put in- after a few months i returned my bundle and received my full purchase amountOverall they did provide impressively comprehensive resources to best use the product, their staff was extremely helpful in providing support and warranty replacement, but now I have a girlfriend and the time commitment required at this stage in my life was too much for me (personally) and I didn't want her to find out I was using this.I appreciate letting me trial the device risk free for a full 6 months and following through on their money back promise. Very satisfied with my customer experience, even if extenders are not for me.
After a lot of patience and consistency, I saw the results promised. It's crazy what a few inches can do for your confidence. I know it's a bunch of masculine b***** but really I move different.And, it's not a measurable gain but I have to say the added stamina in the bedroom from being less insecure about my size, is something money can't buy.If you were on the fence, take the leap and trust the process. It is made from good quality materials it feels compact.Also I ordered the wrong accessory and they fix my order for free.Please fix the instructions webite it doesnt work in my computer, I have to use phone.
