I signed up months ago from a referral link, and I have had £19 pending but no referral bonus shown up. So clearly they haven't paid it. I would not recommend, rakuten paid me it with ease.
Cashback adds up over time to something worthwhile. Look on it as free money to spend at Christmas or put it towards birthday presents.
Some companies take months to confirm a payment though.
Had an account with Quidco for years! Tried to log in tonight as I was purchasing from ebay. Couldn't log into Quidco, even thought I was using my email & usual password! Couldn't log on, password re-set sent to my email, re-set but when I logged in no account details or funds in it! It was like I was a new member. Have now deleted my Quidco app & will never touch it again! How has someone hacked my account & now they have accessed all my personal details. I am now very worried as I always had money paid into my bank account!
I withdraw £81 cashback to my bank and it never appeared. They then closed my Quidco account. Waste of time.

Did my car insurance and house insurance with them using the "Paid in 60 days offer" obviously as with all propaganda the small print states from the day the police starts. I contacted the support team who informed me of this and immediately closed down the chat. Even though up now 4 days over my police start date 2 months later.
I usually choose to receive my cashback via bank transfer, but I foolishly opted for a gift card this time with a specific purchase in mind. I didn’t realize it would take so long to process. Now I haven't received the gift card, and I've missed the chance to spend it. This should be handled immediately—other services do! I won’t make this mistake again. 😡
