I am very disappointed. I applied for a loan on February 19, 2026, and it was approved. I sent everything requested by email. They said my payment had already been made, but as of today, February 24, 2026, no payment has appeared in my account. I have already called, and no explanation has been given so far. Now they are also accusing me of having received the money, but I can defend myself by proving that no deposit was made into my account
I cannot praise this company enough, first they pause payments while I was going through health problems, then once I was back on my feet they allowed me to reduce payments to help catch up. This is so far beyond what I expect from payday loan companies. FANTASTIC. Shout out to Holly, thank you.
I can't even express how frustrated I am. I've consistently taken loans with this service and paid them back without issue. Out of nowhere, I'm being blocked by a credit reporting agency, despite having no affiliation with them and a spotless credit history. It feels like a scam.
