After years of dedication and effort to build my income on the platform, I found myself in a dire situation. I had around $65,000 in my balance, but every attempt to withdraw my funds was met with obstacles and no clear explanation. The customer support seemed ineffective, and their unhelpful responses only deepened my frustration. It was a distressing experience that left me feeling ill. After two years of no progress, I had almost lost hope, but something inside urged me to try once more. This time, I came across a new service. Their positive reviews caught my attention, even though I was initially doubtful. I decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised! Their prompt responses and attentive follow-up reignited my hope. After a few days of waiting, I received a congratulatory message. To my astonishment, all my money was indeed in my account! this app is shit, no proper customer service and they don't care about you when you try and talk on WA, they read you messages and reply when they want and give excuses, had endless problems even to close my account, don't recommend this platform...-1 star
Deposit was super simple. Then they locked my account up completely. No access to my funds whatsover.Then they literally sent me a 10 step list of demands I would need to go through to get access to my money. Spent 2 hours getting all the documents and ID they required. 1 week later and no response from support and still no access to my money.No idea how this is legal. Just praying they let me have my money back at this point.Complete scam company.Also the day after I signed up (and they require you confirm your phone number 15 times during the sign up process) I started getting spam calls. Went from the usual 1-2 a week to 10 calls per day. This is what you should expect if you trust this janky Chinese brokerage with your money.***I did as instructed from the Moomoo trust pilot response and opened support on the app. Its a chat bot who told me I needed to reply to the support email. What a joke. Market is crashing and I can't even sell my positions - let alone get my money out. Moomoo is robbing me.
Been using Moomoo for a while now, and I'd have to say for day to day stock trading, it does a pretty good job. Clean visual for such a powerful app. I have to take points away, however, as I'm in the US where overnight trading is not available yet. They did say it was in the works, so will be looking forward to it

Worst broker ever. Huge fees every time you trade plus Malaysia trading fees of USD22 buy side and sell side.If you want to transfer your portfolio they charge you $USD60 per stock.Stay away from these charlatans if you want to preserve your account balance as they just charge excessive fees and taxes.Getting the market right and growing your portfolio and then these goons are charging fees left, right and centre to reduce your account balance.
Here’s the story of my extremely underwhelming experience with moomoo. First off, I signed up because of a promotional offer that gave me 2000$ of commission free trading and a 50$ free cash coupon with a deposit of 100$. I ended up depositing 1000$ in the app. Took about 2 business days for the funds to get to my account which is pretty normal. The funds were then present in my moomoo account but I couldn’t do anything with them for 4 days, which was weird to me because I haven’t experienced that with any other platform. I wanted to do some trades but ended up getting tired of waiting and thought I’d take my business elsewhere. The day my funds got unlocked, I immediately asked for a withdrawal (October 16th). After multiple days, I didn’t have any news (funds still present, but locked in my account). Called and texted with support multiple times. The first time I was told that it was a normal procedure and normal delay. Second time I was told they didn’t really know what was going on. Third time I was told that it was because I had entered my bank account details wrong (ended up being untrue). And the fourth and last time was yesterday (October 28th, 9 business days after my initial request) when they told me that my funds were on hold because they needed a reason for the withdrawal. I told them about the awful experience I had and my disappointment and was told I would be getting updates soon. I’ve also been told by support multiple times that they’d call me back with updates and that hasn’t happened. Overall wouldn’t recommend using them, there is probably way better alternatives out there that will treat your money like it’s your own.
