Review Time
I ordered my batting on October 10th. I recieved an email that said my order was ready to send. but have not yet heard that it is on it's way. if it's one back order that's fine. but it would be nice to have an update on the order.
Placed order, billed credit card same day, but still did not get order shipped 2 weeks later so I asked for a refund. I did get the refund as requested. The issue is that’s this is the second time I have ordered from here and both times now there have been an issue with my order coming in a timely manner, and both times there was an issue with it not getting to me. I will not be ordering from your company again due to these issues.
