I recently purchased this service to finish a flashcard set I created for my law class, which has 70 cards. Unfortunately, I can't even complete it without spending more money to upgrade. Not worth the expense, and closing an account is extremely challenging. I closed my account in November after my final exam, yet they continued to charge my card even after the account was deleted. I had to close my debit card to stop the billing on the DELETED account. Total rip-off.
My child enjoyed using this service for her exams, but long after they were finished, we discovered they had auto-renewed her subscription, which she no longer uses. I contacted the service, and they claimed she requested the auto-renewal, which is not true. I thought it was illegal to auto-renew without consent, especially for a minor, but after several interactions, this frustrating company sent a 'final' message stating the matter is closed. Well, I will escalate this with the consumer association. Shame on you.
This service is more focused on profits than being a study tool. If you try to use it for studying, you’ll quickly realize they limit practice tests and learning features just to push you toward their expensive plans. It’s truly disappointing—a tool that claims to assist but ultimately hinders your progress unless you spend more.

Using the free version means dealing with ads in the middle of flashcard sets, disrupting my study flow. Additionally, the site struggles with video ads, taking 2-3 minutes for a 30-second ad to load, often crashing and losing my progress. I’ve switched to a different platform that offers similar features for free. If you’re considering this service, don’t waste your time. It’s unfortunate that a potentially good app has fallen so short.
