Just tried the Quorn Roast and Cumberland Sausages. I have to say I'm quite impressed! The texture is so much better than it was years ago and the taste was very similar to meat while being alot healthier. I am a meat eater but have been trying to make some mid week swaps and am finding that Quorn has helped me do that. I love their snacking range too, it's perfect for lunch boxes

Tesco had Quorn mince on sale and as I had never tried it I bought some. I made chili and to be honest it tasted OK but the texture wasn't as good as real meat and it also made me windy. In future I will go back to proper low fat mince, 3% fat minced chicken or 5% fat minced pork all which I think are better. Sorry Quorn you aren't bad but not as good as the real thing.
I have been a vegetarian for some years now, won’t ever eat meat again. So I’ve been buying quorn in various forms. I was absolutely disgusted to find out that they have a halal certification. I cannot understand why, when there is no meat in it. They have now lost a very loyal customer!
Used to be great. Really enjoy their products... Now they're price gouging b**yards... And in all honesty running out of room to manoeuvre... Unless I can buy a single slice in a pack, in future and a pack of four slices is called 'Great value'.
Gave this a try just out of curiosity. tried the beef mince to make a Bolognese. Firstly cooking. Has no fat content so had to add some oil, O.K not an issue, it never really changed colour as proper mince beef would, but again, O.K not an issue. After stirring in the sauce and other ingredients it just went to a bit of a paste. Nothing really wrong with the flavour, but the paste like texture was not a hit for me. May be OK in something you don't have to stir, like a pie or lasagne, but I wasn't impressed. Only used half the 500g packet, the rest will be for the dogs. Maybe if I get to an age where I can no longer manage solids I may give it another go, but not before. Also got a pack of the chicken type, will give that a go and see how we get on.
This is literally poison, do your research guys from the internet from when how this poison has been compiled, this Causes PROJECTILE VOMITING AND MAKES ME THE SICKEST I'VE EVER BEEN, PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Quorn is very very dangerous! I ate Greggs vegan sausage roll, and guess what i was then again Projectile vomiting, i did research afterwards and the product contains quorn, YouTube documentary has a teenager listed as and when he ate quorn it killed him
