I purchased one of these planters from a retailer and absolutely loved it. I searched for another but found them sold out, so I looked online and discovered this platform. I placed an order and was thrilled to receive it just two days later. Outstanding service!
The ordering process was easy, and the free delivery was a great bonus. The price for the hair remover was also fantastic, much better than anywhere else. I was very satisfied with the overall cost, ease of ordering, and quick delivery. I would recommend the company.
I wanted a large jacket, and there were only three places with the item available. I chose to trust the company and placed my order, which turned out to be a big mistake. They misrepresented their inventory, and after six days, I received an email stating my order would be refunded, with no genuine apology. Now the item is sold out at the other retailers, and I ended up with nothing, needing to dispute the refund. I strongly advise avoiding this service entirely; they are a complete waste of time and effort.
This is a review for a marketplace used by the company, which has had delivery issues. However, the company itself has been excellent; I just wish they didn't partner with that service. So, five stars for the company and zero for that service.
