The customer service before delivery was excellent. I even modified my order without any issues. The watch arrived quickly once in stock and was well-packaged. However, the watch I ordered is underwhelming and has started to gain time. This is my first replica, so I may be overly critical. I understand it wasn't an expensive purchase, but it's not for me. Most reviews are positive, so I recommend doing your research before buying. I just wanted to see what £130 would get me.
