Ordered a few items recently, all came in good shape on time and are working well. Had to contact customer service about a small issue with the rewards program and it was handled right away. A+
I had a bit of a "fat finger" moment on the Radioddity website and accidentally hit the redeem button for a rewards radio I didn’t actually want. The system instantly processed it and deducted my points. I reached out to their support team via email, and Hazel responded incredibly fast. She understood exactly what happened, canceled the accidental reward, and restored my points immediately. The service was painless, professional, and much faster than I expected. It’s great to know they have such a helpful team backing their products!
