We’ve had a good overall experience with Connecteam. We really like the design and overall look of the platform, and the breadcrumbing, geolocation, and time clock functionality have been especially useful.

That said, because of the way we operate (with different employees working across different client sites) it takes a fair amount of setup on the front end. We need to create and organize groups, clients, and internal structures correctly in order to get accurate reporting, which can feel a bit time-consuming.

Pricing is reasonable, and overall the platform offers solid functionality. Our main hesitation is around reporting. The reporting format is not exactly what our clients are used to, and customization options seem limited, so that is still something we are evaluating.

Connecteam is great for bringing lots of processes together. I have liked the communication aspect of this software. The reason for only 4 stars is there are still some gaps in notification and being able to consistently track and see outstanding tasks, submissions, etc. I believe the forms and tasks area could use a little bit of work to make it more functional for our companies. Overall we have been pleased and CT is constantly trying to improve and build better processes based on their client's requests. There are some limitations on payroll and forms that could be improved. Currently we are still paying for multiple software and providers because we cannot eliminate other software until CT becomes full service.

What I liked most about Connecteam was how everything was kept in one place. Tasks, checklists, communication, training, and updates were all easy to access, which made day-to-day work more organised and reduced misunderstandings. It helped everyone stay on the same page and saved time for both management and staff.

The mobile app is very user friendly for both employees and their manager. The system automaticallly

The mobile app is very user friendly for both employees and their manager. The system automaticallly notifies the manager when the employee has a pending request. We have multiple locations so using geolocation is fantastic and they were easy to setup or modify. I also like the breadcrumb tracking feature to see where the employee is working.

We love the way we can track everyone's time off and it makes both us aware as a company who has used what and also helps the employee to be self aware of where they stand with their time off.

One Thing To Add:
It would be nice to be able to print a report for each employee at anytime that shows what each employee has used, what it was used for, and what they have left. It could be a summary or detail report.

Overall is good and super helpful, I think it should have an option to assign someone as an admin only over taskings and things like that, not giving them full admin rights. Because just because I am the admin, I may not have the time capacity to handle certain taskings.
