I find it does not capture all of my incoming emails for my inbox. It is also really clunky on the project management side. I need to write a management report every week, and this does not help with High-level management.
Buyer beware. I was excited to try this app but ended up cancelling within the trial period. Come to find out, they never cancelled my subscription and then proceeded to charge me the next year. Tried to cancel. They've now done it again. They won't refund me anything. I've never used the app but have now paid for it for at least 3 years. Customer support doesn't answer so hope you like the app because cancelling is a very deceptive service.
This service employs misleading UI design to prevent users from realizing that after a 7-day trial, they will be charged for the entire year and have inadvertently subscribed for five team members. Furthermore, the positive reviews appear to be fabricated, coming from accounts with only one or two reviews.
Overall a positive experience with the service. The program functions best on a computer, and the app could use some enhancements. Nonetheless, I appreciate the built-in auto-scheduling features and the ability to manage several calendars.
This is a smart app that I’m likely only utilizing about 30% of. I began using it at launch (and still do!) without a structured onboarding, so I don’t fully grasp all its capabilities. However, for my needs, mainly as a powerful to-do list per project, it performs excellently. As with most tools, it relies on habit, but I’ve been impressed from the outset by the product roadmap, early AI integration, and customer support. Beyond jotting down tasks and appointments in a calendar, I don’t use anything else. I wish to explore more, but I strongly recommend trying it out. For more complex projects, it could be invaluable, and I would have loved to collaborate through the app if I had a teammate not tied to a traditional system. My main critique is that the interface feels cluttered and somewhat confusing, with numerous features vying for attention, making it hard to navigate and fully comprehend, even for someone who frequently uses various apps. That said, the ambition behind it is evident, the development pace is promising, and it seems like a product that will continue to improve.
