Ordering via the website was ok, however the whole ‘confirmation that each item has been added to the basket’. Makes this a slow process. Materials arrived quickly, and were well packed. Product quality is good and easy to use. How to videos via the website were helpful.
We ordered the black coated galvanized steel guttering and other components. It's a good, robust product and much better than PVC, both environmentally and in terms of appearance and robustness. Service was friendly and one problem with a damaged downpipe was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The system is quite technical so if in you're doubt about what you need to order, I'd recommend giving them a call.
